I like to  visualise procedures and ideas. Working at a large Government department that thinks that IE6 is cutting edge the best tools I have access to are the charting options in Word 2003 or an ancient copy of ABC Flowcharter, hardly conducive to the capturing of a free flowing brainstorming session.
